1. Service Agreements
Engaging ORKA WEBTECH SOLUTIONS for custom web or cloud development creates a binding, specific-term SLA (Service Level Agreement) dictating milestone deliveries, code-handover periods, and operational obligations.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly granted by licensing, all pre-existing platform architecture, codebase fragments, and design blueprints proprietary to ORKA remain owned by ORKA. Client-specific branding elements and content strictly remain the property of the client.
3. Liability Limitations
We provide all services "as is." Under no legal circumstance shall ORKA be held liable for indirect traffic drop-off, external network interference, or unauthorized third-party scraping on final web builds running outside of our controlled cloud-managed hardware.
